We have been a customer for years. WM is a quality company. We have always been very pleased with the drivers and when ever we have called the business office, we've never had a problem. Couldn't be happier.
My bill slowly keep going up every month…called to figure out why and was told a line of uncertainty. Switched to once a month pickup of my small dumpster to save money and that just slowly crept up to what I was paying for twice a month pickup…. Also had tree backed into and wasn’t notified about it.
We use WM for our cottage in Lexington and I was shocked at how easy it was to set up service and manage everything from the WM website. We also used their feature to pause service in the winter months since we don't use it all year long and that was extremely easy to set up on the website as well. I get great communication and am notified if service is interrupted, resuming, or rescheduled. I highly recommend this service!
