We had Thumb Heating and Cooling install a new furnace and air conditioning. We have a 105 year old cottage that had never had air conditioning. Another company told us we did not have enough space to
install a/c, but Thumb figured out how to do it and did it.They came when they said they would, the installers did excellent work and cleaned up after everything was done.
They were able to get me a quote faster than anyone else, with a lower price, and then got the work done in a reasonable timeframe. Everyone was kind, respectful, and willing to stop and explain what was going on to me when I asked.
Very friendly and efficient. Also since the part for my furnace had to be ordered they loaned us space heaters to keep us warm until they were able to fix it. That alone was a life saver!
