Years ago we used this company to service our geothermal and we were very satisfied. But their service has gone down hill drastically. They had to come out to service my gas furnace twice within a few days because they didn't do the job right the first time. They charged me $105 an hour both times totaling $262 for just the labor which they should have diagnosed and fixed the first visit. The place of service is about 3 miles from their place of business. If you use their service beware of what you might be getting yourself into.

They charged me $750 to clean out my vents. Didn't know they were going to blow it all over my house and basement. I could have done that for free. What was the huge hose for? Looks? I have been just sick about it since. It's taken me months to even do this cause I just want to cry. My mom is in her 70's and I'm disabled. They are robbing people of their money and not doing what they were hired for. You all should be ashamed. And embarrassed for the job your employees did. I will never use these guys again and will tell anyone to run and go with someone else! Oh and the mess is still in the basement.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

They came out to give me a estimate on a new furnace and AC. I was told give him a day or two so he can figure it out. It's been a few weeks and I have heard nothing. I called after a week and left message and still no response. Had to call another company. Company does not care about customers
