I don't know where to start. All around A+ company. After many troubles, spanning over two weeks, with a plumber coming out twice, we were at the end of our patience. Thumb Area Septic classified our problem as an emergency and come out the next morning. Ben did a great job. He was professional and informative. Hard worker. Price was lower than we were expecting.
