Sarah is such a natural healer — she’s incredibly easy to be around, never pushy, and always meets you exactly where you are. The Root is the perfect place to start and maintain a whole-health journey, and Sarah’s approach is both thoughtful and effective. She’s a wealth of knowledge and truly just a sweet soul. I’ve been seeing her for years, and nobody “fixes” me quite like she does. Thank you for all you’ve done for me!
This place is AWESOME. Started yoga class 3 weeks ago as a complete newbie, and it was so amazing I immediately bought my own mat and look forward to class every week. Very peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. Sarah and CeCe are wonderful.
