She was so kind, compassionate and explained the process. It was nice to have our dog here at home where he's comfortable for his transition over the rainbow bridge. A much lower price than bringing him in somewhere for at home care as well. Ive thought long and hard about how to state this in a sensitive but realistic way. There are different ways of doing things and reasons for them. I was not alarmed as I have worked for a vets office before but I do recommend asking exactly how she does the procedure before committing. Thank you for what you do. Carol is an extremely compassionate person and amazing at what she does. She came to our home when our 17 year old dog was having a rough time and had nothing but empathy. She recently helped my grandma’s dog as well, which was tough. Couldn’t recommend her more.
