I have been going to Lori for years but I have had it with the office staff. On multiple occasions the gal that takes you to the room and takes your vitals has made up numbers for my blood pressure. Every time she takes it it’s good and I have high blood pressure! The doc comes in and takes it and it’s a heck of a lot higher. Like she just makes up numbers. One time I had to come there to pick up a prescription and was told they would be open till 5 got there at 4 and the gal was locking the door to close early so I had to come back the next day. When I first started coming here and seeing Steve I was pleased with him pointing me in the right direction and getting my Thyroid issues under control. After a few years the Service had become Subpar, waited several weeks for Lab Orders and finally had to call the office and remind them. Set up appointments that were not Due. Unorganized and at times results where Not in my chart. Know of others that struggle to get the Right Treatment and answers to their Health concerns in this Office. The Blinders are on, they make No Mistakes and refuse to look outside the Box. To err is Human... NOT surprised by the 3.4 overall rating.

This place is a joke. Go somewhere else. They're stubborn and snotty to patients. NEVER answer the phones. My 80 year old mother goes there with 180/90bp for a week. They checked it once and sent her home said she's fine. I quit going years ago because they were so unorganized they couldn't find my folder for an appointment that I left from and they charged me and sent it to collections. DO NOT GO HERE!!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND Unorganized
