Ripcord Construction

I decided to add the garage roof to the house roofing job when they were nearly done and they quickly got more materials and did both. Best part was they came in more than $1,700 below another company's bid for the house alone! Was impressed that the people who actually positioned the shingles were very particular and unhurried.

Working with Ripcord Construction was a great experience. The owner Chris and his staff were amazing! They did go out of their way to make sure everything was done in a timely manner and they always cleaned everything up at the end of the day. Chris inspected everything and the work performed was top notch. They even completed extras I threw in at the end. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

My wife and I had a bad contractor come out and add a sliding backdoor for us. The contractor royally messed up our home and caused us safety issues with the house and damage. I called Chris from ripcord construction, Chris and his crew came out in an emergency same day to assess the damage and made it a priority to fix our framing, electrical, and siding in a timely matter so my home on the inside was not exposed to elements
