This is more than a A+ business when you need a tow. The driver was excellent he took care of everything for me. AAA kept me waiting from 10:00 p.m. until around 5:00 5:30 a.m.. Then I was informed by triple AAA I would not be receiving a tow. Until I called this company, they were there in 14 minutes.
Taking a minute to thank Roy, the coldest night of this winter 17 below 0 with wind chill, and he made it happen, he towed me to my delivery to off load my product, and then towed me to the repair shop, AmazingThank you Roy.
I was advised ahead of time about how long it would take for the tow truck to pickup my vehicle due to them being very busy. I appreciated being told ahead of time instead of waiting wondering when. The dispatcher was very polite as well as their driver. I did not have any issues. I would highly recommend. This was my second time doing business with them. Also they were more affordable than the other towing companies that I had called.
