The gentlemen was very kind and considerate. Wait time was sooner than expected. He was quick and very knowledgeable in telling me what the Michigan law requires him to say about driving on a donut tire. I would definitely call Porters again when I need road side assistance! Thank you for the work you do
Tow responded in one hour from phone call. Cost given over phone when service ordered. Cost never changed. Driver very polite, curious. Itimized receipt received via email. Very satisfied with service.
I had a dead battery in single digit weather. I called Porters Towing for battery jump start service. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. In less than hour they had a guy there and had my car running again. Would recommend them.
