My first contact was with their salesman, Dave Towler, who came to my house, sat at my kitchen table, and presented options. From years in the industry, his depth of knowledge about the products and installation was clear. Though his bid was a little more expensive than the others I got, I selected Sun Home Improvement because I had confidence that I would get a good job. I was not disappointed.Their installation team was led by Brian and included a couple of his brothers. Brian brought 30 years of experience to the job and exhibited very fine craftsmanship. He reviewed options, made good suggestions, and cheerfully took my input. His team were methodical and took their time to do a good job.The products used were top notch, and I had no sense that they were cutting corners. All their communications were clear and responsive. Everyone I dealt with from the company was personable, helpful, and professional. In scheduling my installation, they accommodated delays caused by my other contractors.In summary, I would hire Sun Home Improvement again and would ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend them to others.
