I went to the store to get my phone screen fixed. I came when they were close to closing and fully expected to get my phone back the next day, but Monique was able to completely fix my phone the same day and stayed open a little extra longer so I could get my phone back. My phone is as good as new and I can't recommend this place enough! Awesome costumer service
Cam arrived earlier than expected after being given permission by me to do so.
After arriving, he inspected my phone, confirmed what he intended to do, then did it.
He shared relevant information with me regarding different things that affect my phone's reception; technology, tower ownership, contract tier assignment and other factors.
He completed the service in the time he stated, had me test the phone after he repaired it to insure everything was as expected and always kept a professional, comfortable approach.
He knows phones and how to fix them when they break. Would recommend his company when possible. ms
