It is always easy to walk in and get serviced here even though they stay busy. Prices are better than many other places. They do a good job. Not quite as fancy as some places and not as many options for decorative nails. It is my go to place unless I need something really unique.

Booked an appointment for shellac, but it ended up taking more time than expected. Unlike my friend who got done quicker as a walk-in. The process took significantly longer than expected due to being transferred between two technicians.Mentioned air bubbles on my thumbnails, but the technician dismissed it as normal without addressing the issue. It was evident that the technician didn't put much effort into the service.Unfortunately, my nails weren't done properly, and communication was hindered by staff speaking in their native language.

My friend and I were squeezed in at the last minute (with less than an hour to close) and they did a great job with our polish changes/pedicures! All of the employees were friendly and considerate, especially the woman who I spoke with on the phone about our short notice appointment request. The prices were reasonable and in line with other salons in the area. I would definitely go back to Prestige in the future!
