Emily, Dental Hygienist, was very skilled and knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing. The dental chair was malfunctioning and she also remained calm despite that and successfully troubleshooted it.

This in regards to a terrible review I gave about the way one woman talked to me and how rude she was. I would like to bring this all up to date. Their Office Manager called me about a hr before their closing to profusely tell me how sorry she was that all this happened. She handled the situation very professionally. I explain that I was really bummed out because they are close to my home and I hoped this place would work out to be my new dentist due to old one was out of network with my new insurance, I had gone to them over 60 year before I retired. Great experience at Lifetime Dental. Dr. Kam was able to save my chipped tooth when I came to him for a second opinion while my other dentist wanted to extract my tooth and give me an implant. I appreciated the honesty I received from him. Staff was super friendly too. Highly recommend.
