I love the doctors and staff at this practice. Most of them care and try their best to do what they can for their patients. I've brought my kids here for years but I am VERY unhappy with their billing practices as of lately. BE AWARE that if you have a well child here and your child has pre existing conditions or you talk about anything other than their vitals done at the appointment, even if the doctor brings it up themselves, YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR AN OFFICE VISIT ON TOP OF WELL CHILD! They will tell you signs are posted, but they dont explain it is literally anything you or the doctor bring up. I will never bring my children for a well child there again. Great pediatricians office! We are first time parents and everyone we saw there was amazing. When we’ve had questions or need to be seen we can get in same day. Dr. Teach us especially great. Very patient and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend
The place has drastically gone downhill in the last five to seven years. The staff is incredibly rude. They borderline harass you. I'm about to switch to another office. It's a shame because I adore the pediatrician but is it worth being treated like shit over every time you go in. Not to me
