Exactly what I was looking for. Michael really made me feel heard, and created sessions for me that were challenging and engaging. He met me where I was at, and helped me set realistic goals and expectations. He's knowledgable and experienced as a trainer, but he truly has a gift for connecting with people to motivate and encourage them along the way. 10/10 - will recommend to anyone, young and old.

Steve not only knows his craft well, but he is very careful to modify your workouts for any issues you have. Steve really cares about his clients and their health. Steve and Clay also give back generously to their community with the Toys for Tots Program. The gym is well equipped and clean. I love the one on one private, personal service, and not being just a number at those big box gyms. Fitt Factory is awesome!

One on one with a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer who gets to know you personally. Steve has helped me set personal fitness goals that are tailored to me. Not an exaggeration to say that working with Steve at the Fitt Factory over the past five years has changed my life for the better!!
