Hired to clean carpets and high end upholstered furniture. They promised complete satisfaction. The owner never indicating any concerns about cleaning furniture. He tested cleaning the chair without prior discussion in the most visible part of the chair and stripped away color, ruining the chair. When asked about hoped for correction I was told they would take my furniture offsite to clean over a number of weeks and perform color restoration. Other professionals tell me color restoration is not possible and this company owes me a chair. This company is non-responsive, will not answer questions or accept any responsibility.
