Broad Family Chiropractic has been a lifesaver. When I was experiencing significant back pain, they were able to quickly diagnose and treat my condition. I love their staff who are all friendly and welcome you by name with a genuine smile. They have some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered in health care. The reason “family” is in their name is because that is how they make you feel - like one of their family members.
I have been going to the office for over a year now for Massage Therapy. As of recent I started to have lower back pain causing sleep issues and overall lack of movement. I setup an appointment for an initial visit with one of the Doctors. The staff was very easy to work with and was able to get me in the same day, which is unheard of. I met with Dr. John and he was very friendly and walked me through every aspect of the tests. I was able to come in the next day to go over my X-Rays and the plan he had laid out for me.
