Drivers are greeted by name and have an open door policy, allowing them to speak with staff from lower management to the owner. The dispatchers are awesome, and the mechanic shop is top-notch, helping drivers pass inspections. The company treats drivers like family, taking pride in their equipment and offering good miles depending on the driver's needs. While there may not be a cafeteria on site, the location is close to many restaurants. Overall, A.D. Transport Express Inc. is a great choice for drivers, offering a positive and supportive work environment.
Definitely Express! Driver ran 10+ over the speed limit and passed everyone on 23 Southbound North of Columbus OH on 5/9/2026 at 7:30am. Never got out of the left passing lane and rode passenger vehicles rear for 30 miles. I run 5-10 over and he came out of nowhere on me, then I followed til my turn off. Puts the Express in Express for sure!
Past experiences with AD TRANSPORT was a great time Staff is understanding and helpful they kept me moving legally also took well care of equipment and drivers with open door policy to owner of company
"A PLACE TO STAY AND RETIRE FROM"Been a driver here going on 11 years as of January 2024, [INFACT THE SECOND DRIVING JOB I'VE HAD.] Great place as a driver to work, the equipment is top notch, 15 pto days after 6 years. When I call in to dispatch I'm greeted by name not by a number, feels grate. There is an open door policy here and a driver is able to be speak with any of the staff in the office, from lower management to the owner [providing they are available at that time, otherwise you Will be called back.] So... skip the rest of the companies and come here!
