“I scheduled my appointment and was scheduled for the following day. I stay3d that it would ge for both my daughter and I, which made her change the appointment time to half an hour sooner [12:30]. No issue. My daughter and I showed up about 20 mins early. I had my cut first. I had extremly split ends so they did take off quite a bit, but it was necessary. She washed my hair and cut it. My daughter was next and wanted shoulder-length hair, which we had already discussed. She did not get a wash because she didnt want one. She likes her hair and so do I. I kinda wish mine wasnt so short, but it definetly needed it..”
