About TYCO Roofing
TYCO Roofing is a residential and commercial roofing contractor that serves West Michigan and the greater Grand Rapids area. With over 20 years of experience, the company offers free estimates and advice and does not use high‑pressure sales tactics. Customers report that the installers are courteous, work diligently, and finish the job quickly and cleanly. After a hailstorm, the company performed a free inspection, identified damage that qualified for an insurance claim, and helped homeowners secure 100% coverage. The work was completed on time, the installers left the yard spot clean, and a second visit was made to search for and clean up residual waste, nails, and shingke debris. Many clients say the new roof is beautiful, they are happy with the end product, and they recommend TYCO to others. Overall, the company offers a quality job and a thorough clean‑up.
Reviews
It’s hard to put into words everything Tim did for us while building our home. From day one, he treated the project with incredible care, integrity, and attention to detail. He constantly went above and beyond in ways most contractors simply wouldn’t. Whether it was helping plow the driveway, showing up with grass seed to repair areas other contractors had torn up, or making sure every detail was handled the right way, Tim genuinely cared about our home as if it were his own.
One thing that always stood out was how spotless the construction site was every single day. It was literally sparkling clean after work was done — something almost unheard of in construction. His craftsmanship is impeccable, and his standards are extremely high.
Beyond the quality of the work, Tim is simply a man of high character. He loves the Lord, operates with honesty and integrity, and follows through on what he says he’ll do.
Although Tim was our general contractor during our home build and is now focused specifically on the roofing business, I have no doubt he brings that exact same level of craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail into everything he does. No matter the project, he takes tremendous pride in his work and it shows.
I truly could not recommend Tim more highly. If you have the opportunity to work with him, you will be incredibly thankful you did.
