I should have reviewed this SVS store awhile back since I became their customer about 2 1/2 yrs ago but here is my review now. I started out at the Flint store and that was exceptional so when we moved to the Grand Rapids area it was a no brainer I was going to go to SVS here especially when I sent my husband to get his eyes checked and got new glasses and how impressed he was not only by the Dr also with the entire staff! It was no surprise to me since I had already experienced the excellent customer service in Flint!

If you have not tried out SVS Vision, you really should because literally every person I interacted with when I went for my exam and to pick out frames. When I came back a few days later to pick up my new glasses the whole experience was wonderful and I truly couldn’t have been happier. The doctor was awesome and she nailed it on the prescription because I have not been able to see this clearly for over two years. Oh, and the glasses cleaning kit they gave me is so well thought out and easy to carry around in my pocket if I need to carry it on me.
SVS staff are the best! They have the most latest designer frames and the wait time for an examine is reasonable. I’m very happy with my new glasses. Thank you for providing great service!
