Brought our pet in with whatvInbelieved to be an infected dewclaw. X-rays showed an actual break.They promptly scheduled us for a surgery, provided low and high estimates for cost, and overall provided a caring demeanor when treating our dog.I never expected the surgery to be "cheap" - the price was right where I expected given the procedure they needed to complete. The high-low estimate was much appreciated.The follow up visits were great and our pup is not back to her normal self. We're grateful for this facility being close to the heart of our Caledonia community.

I cannot recommend Southkent enough. If you want a vet who truly cares about your pets wellbeing, this is where you want to be. I have had several incidents where I needed my dog to be seen right away and they did not hesitate to fit me in. The entire staff is extremely nice and seems to truly love what they do.

Once upon a time it WAS about the animals care but now it's about money. Iv been coming to Southkent Caledonia for over 17 years and Dr Burns ALWAYS AWESOME years ago Id give 5 stars I am sure my daughter would but the changes changed everything it's not about care anymore and that's truly sad. Now you have to leave a deposit on a credit card to get an appointment... what if you don't have a credit or debit card? I guess your pet can't get an appointment. I am sorry others didn't come to their appointments but that's not everyone fault. I used to drive my lab there n back 4 hours that's commitment now my daughter's dog there n back 2 hours. Sad to say we will be leaving...read full review
