We had a fantastic experience with K/S Plumbing. Our tankless water heater went out and after receiving an extremely high quote from another company, we called K/S Plumbing. Noah came out and was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish.

What really stood out was their honesty and fair pricing. While another company quoted us $2800 for the replacement, K/S Plumbing completed the entire warranty replacement quickly and correctly at a fraction of the cost. Noah had the new unit installed in about two hours, replaced a water spigot in another 15 minutes, and the total was only $375.

I am always worried when I call a plumber. When my tankless hot water heater stopped working I called these guys. Jeff showed up on time as agreed. He evaluated my unit and determined it was bad. But, he contacted the company and helped convince them to replace it under warranty. Since I bought the house 5 years ago and wasn't the original buyer I didn't think it would work, but it did! Next was the labor cost. He was knowledgeable and quick. The cost was very fair. He explained to me how a tankless system worked and how I needed to maintain it. What a fantastic experience.
