Since I am not good at fixing problems with my computer, for about a month l was calling l.T Solutions weekly. (Don't like updates) Steve, Paul and now Christian have helped talk me through or fixed it remotely. Saved me lots of frustration! And gained lots of helpful inf. So glad I was told about them and I can trust them!

GREAT JOB! 20+ years ago my kids made videos on our old WindowsME computer using a Legocam program from Lego. I've been meaning to try to save them - but everything I tried failed at some point. Finally, the computer would not even turn on. We paid the $90 and the staff at I.T. Solutions put them on a memory stick, and we've been watching and laughing ever since. They even recycled the tower. THANKS! We figure it cost us less than $5 a year for the memories!!
