My air conditioner stopped working last night, so I called Frontier Heating & Cooling this morning to schedule an appointment. I was able to get same day service today between 10 am - noon! Service Tech, Brandon did an excellent job! Very friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. Excellent service for a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company! I have my air back and overall excellent experience from beginning to end!

Top Notch company and people! Experienced, knowledgeable, excellent customer facing skills, they arrived as scheduled, told me about when they would be done and regardless of a repair visit or a new install, whatever they did works when they leave and after they leave. They were careful going up and down my stairs with the furnace, their tools, etc. I like them and highly recommend them!

We are in a middle of a heat wave. 90 degrees with high humidity and our A/C is not blowing out cold air!! I called Frontier for the first time because they were close to where I live in Caledonia and we always try to give our business local. I left a message. Brandon called back within a few minutes. He said he could be here in 15 mins and he was. He was super friendly and knowledgable. He figured out what the problem was very quickly and got it fixed right away. He even did a little extra clean up of our outdoor unit. I went inside to check, ice cold air coming out of the vents. I would definitely call Frontier again!
