Our well pump water storage tank ruptured and began flooding our basement. At 11am, we shut off the power to the well to stop the flooding and called Buer for service. By 4pm the service technicians installed a new water storage tank and had our water service up and running again. The technicians were knowledgeable, well prepared, friendly, and excellent plumbers. Joe went out, gave me an estimate said he could get to it tomorrow later pending his schedule. He called me back about 2 hours later with the job completed. Super happy with their response time and explaining everything they needed to do!

Joe came out right on time and was able to quickly diagnose our issue and fix it within an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Gave me a ton of information on our well system and its health and most importantly: ways I can maintain it to keep it at top shape.
