“I was rear ended in a car accident, ejected from the vehicle and sustained a broken neck which caused me extreme pain through out my neck and entire spine down to my tailbone. I also sustained a traumatic brain injury, a torn rotator cuff, a collapsed lung and a lacerated liver. I was not expected to survive the accident.
