Hailey is truly the best! She’s an expert at what she does and takes the time to plan and strategize in her chair before starting your service. She looks at your hair goals or inspo pics and delivers every single time—if not even better than you imagined! I love that she also takes pride in keeping your hair healthy, which is so important to me. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the look and the health of your hair. I can’t say enough amazing things about Hailey! Every time I sit in her chair, I know I’m in the best hands. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my hair, and she always exceeds my expectations. Her attention to detail, creativity, and passion for what she does shine through in every appointment. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she also makes the entire experience fun and relaxing. I’ve seen Hailey four times in the last year and she always delivers amazing results! She listens well, and communicates throughout the service to ensure everything is to your liking. I would highly recommend Hailey to anyone in West Michigan especially if you are looking for blonding. She lightened my hair while keeping it healthy and achieving the perfect color I was looking for. She is also skilled at haircuts and the haircuts have good longevity. I really enjoy Hailey’s work!
