Bought a water softener system from them a year ago and I need help with servicing it and the phone listed is no good and cannot get ahold of this company. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I will be filing a report with the BBB and calling local TV station for help.

I never got any of the free soap offered at time of sale no matter how many times I called about it. Now my drinking water faucet is leaking and no one can be reached for service. Website is for sale and voicemail box is full.

I spent about $6000 on my system last summer, we finally finished the home and got moved in. The water often tastes like salt. I had contacted Ben the “sales manager” he told me he was going to come out and look at it and never showed. I text him the following day and haven’t gotten a response. I would never use this company, they will take your money, not stand behind there product then ignore you when you call.
