I came back the next day and got to see how a true shop is ran by an owner who is not yelling or screaming at his staff. Travis was checking on them communicating with them, encouraging them. I felt at peace there. I decided this is my new spot! I got my previous hand tattoo touched up by Charity and she rocked it( she also did 2 of my flash sale ones) then Alana came in to say hi and she touched up my neck that she did for the flash sale. No fighting about why I didn’t ask her nothing just kindness and cheer. On my way out I talked to Travis about the previous shop and he was kind, he was engaging
and didn’t tell me I was dumb. It ment a lot.“
