This company is incredible. I have not had heat in the house for 2 months now. We've been heating the house with the stove top (I know its not necessarily safe but we're desperate and cant freeze, plus the stove is only electric). Anyways, when I finally got the funds for the job, Optimal was able to replace my furnace within 5 days.
The techs were incredible, I was not at the house for the job but my wife says they were informative or efficient. When I got home towards the end of the job I seen a tech had grabbed a broom and cleaned up the floor where they worked. Incredible people. Will definitely recommend and refer to EVERYONE.

I was very happy to receive the services of Hunter and Tyler when the AC went out. The day was hot and humid but they weren't deterred in a relatively quick fix on my unit. I was impressed with their positive candor and professionalism.
