About Lee Nails

Lee Nails is a nail salon that offers acrylics, designs, and full sets. The salon is fast-paced, with technicians completing services quickly. While some customers appreciate the speed and convenience, others find the service lacking in quality and attention to detail. A few reviewers mentioned that the technicians did not ask about preferred nail shapes or adequately apply polish. Prices at Lee Nails are considered average for the current market. However, some customers felt that the cost did not reflect the quality of the service received, particularly noting thin acrylic application and a lack of shaping. Despite mixed experiences with service quality, customers praise the salon's owner for his helpfulness and willingness to resolve issues. Some customers plan to return, hoping for a more positive experience with a different technician.

I’ve been getting my nails done again for the past two months and I couldn’t be happier that I chose this place. The younger gentleman never disappoints and always at a fare price. I told him If he couldn’t do the picture just do something else and he slayed it!

Customer service was okay, I've had worse but I've definitely had better. They were fast, but not very gentle. I went and got acrylics for prom and the woman who did mine did a pretty good job, but the man that did my mom's did not ask her any questions about her nail shape, and you could see through her polish. She just got simple acrylic and plain polish. I got tips and acrylic with two designs on each hand. Price wasn't horrible (for what nail prices are now) and although I do love my nails, I know we wont be returning because of my mom's experience and how the customer service wasn't great.

I was calling around trying to find an apt for Labor Day. Kim told me they were closed, but then said she could make me an apt. I was thankful that she came in just for our appt. My first time here and I wasn’t worried due to the reviews. I spent $130, but I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth. She told me full sets start at $45 and when I showed her the nails I wanted, it jumped to $70. I was pleased she used acrylic for the ombré and not polish. My full set was done in less than 45 min. Kim was very fast, but I can tell it’s quantity over quality. There is no apex on my nails. They are all flat and have no shape around my nail beds. There wasn’t enough...read full review
