My husband has used Leather Bills for boot stretching in the past. I have two pair of leather cowboy boots that were pinching my toes and by the end of a line dancing session I could barely walk. I took them in and greeted immediately. I left the boots and when I returned a few days later to pick them up he had cleaned and polished both pair and even touched up some nicks without charging extra. He was friendly and even gave me advice on caring for the boots. He also told me that if they needed further stretching to let him know because he always does a 2nd time free.

Great price, fast service, awesome job. My wife's favorite little black boots' heel pads collapsed. Now they look like new and sound quieter when walking in them. Thanks Bill!

If you accept this, as one man trying to run a small business, you will be pleased. He has done fantastic work for me on my coat and on some bags. I would assume if you want work done quickly or on the timeline, this is not the place to go. He works as he can. I have enjoyed my interactions with him immensely, and I'm happy to recommend him.
