Took a laptop in for repair. My SO had to leave it plugged into the charger to use it. He took it in and they had no idea what was wrong. Had it for 2 weeks and did nothing for us. Would never recommend.

Very satisfied with their fast service & reasonable prices. I had an external drive that failed and they were able to retrieve all of the data. Very friendly office staff too. I highly recommend.
