Alpine Animal Hospital is a lovely place that cares about fur babies. The receptionist is accommodating and thorough with answers to questions. The veterinarian is great, with excellent knowledge, skills and experience, sincere and compassionate. Clients find the care affordable and trust the doctor’s instant recovery signs. Pet owners trust the doctor and recommend Alpine with every ounce of their being.
The lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming, but unfortunately, the person who examined my cat came across as passive-aggressive and inconsiderate. I understand that everyone has their own struggles, but we’re all dealing with something and compassion goes a long way, especially in a setting like this.
I brought my cat in because I was extremely anxious about his breathing. When I was struggling to get him out of his carrier while he was panting and scared, the staff member sighed impatiently instead of offering support or reassurance. Dr. Andrea Cross is a great veterinarian. She has excellent knowledge, skills and experience. She is sincere and compassionate. We’re very thankful and we’re lucky to have her in our area.
I love this place affordable ? and she saved my baby Zena the recovery signs were instantaneous witch may not be for some cases but I trust them with my babies the doctor truly cares about animals I whole heartedly recommend Alpine with every ounce of my being
