They did an outstanding job of locating the source of the leak, vacuuming the water, and used multiple heavy duty fans to dry the basement floor. If that wasn’t enough, Steven returned in a couple days to disinfect the basement, which also eliminated the musty smell associated with wet basement.The servicemen arrived within an hour after my call, which was early evening, and got to work immediately. They were polite, considerate and professional. They knew what had to be done and had all the necessary equipment in the truck. No going back to the office “ get a part” which invariably delays the job.Greg suggested I call an electrician and plumber to make sure all bases were covered.I not only have a dry basement but also the peace of mind knowing that the job was done completely and professionally.
