Troy came out twice; once for the estimate and again hours before he sent his team out just to confirm everything was as he remembered. There was a few slight changes that he recommended on the 2nd visit that just made more sense due to concern with nearby garage and offered to cut a couple stumps lower and throw a chemical on top to stop the trees growth. His team was prompt and did a great job doing exactly what Troy and I discussed. Price is very, very fair.
