Mike Carrier did a great job taking care of us. He diagnosed the issue, worked to ensure that the problem was resolved, and explained things so well. He fixed our heat so that our place went from 58 degrees up to 70 degrees and was so kind and helpful, too. I highly recommend Mike and his service!

Called about a gas leak. A few days prior, we had another company come out for a No Heat. They said ignitor.... which was great until we smelled the gas! We called Ignite, they came out next day and fixed it! They had to run a whole new gas line and made everything right! Our Tech was Mike Carrier, and he went above and beyond making sure my home and family were safe... even while i was at work. Great service, great response, and I will highly recommend!
This is all coming from a guy who does HVAC, but on a different spectrum.

I would like to compliment Mike Carrier for his efficiency and ability to be punctual (even with 10 inches of snow just to get up to my house) and totally transparent about the process he was doing on my furnace. He gave me choices about how to resolve my issue. I liked the fact that he was a complete gentleman. It’s hard to find someone who is polite, kind and respectful. (Even wore slippers to protect my carpeting!) I would highly recommend Ignite Mechanical! Thank you Mike!☮️?
