I needed and have wanted a dentist close to home, as I'm getting older, and I've been going to Dr. Jordan now for a little under a year, and I am very pleased.
She informs me of what's going on and what's next, so there's really no surprises. I don't feel the shots to numb me (thats a good thing) so my anxiety level is barely there now.

This is by far the best dentist ive been in Michigan, others have been a nightmare. My dentist is VERY thorough although i dont like the cross talking over me between the dentist and assistant. I also feel as a parent that i should not be asked if i can stay in the waiting room while my under age child goes back alone. Thats a hard NO. Also the whole “consult” perspective is garbage i have to leave work just for them to tell me what they could have told me while i was in the chair the 1st time.The consultant room also is not very private. Very professional high quality office but made me feel at ease as new patient . Tell patient what is happening at each step and dentist kind but firm about my dental issues and developed plan with me. Assistant gentle with x-rays, not like the old cardboard days. Front of office staff efficient and I got estimate of co-pay before visit.
