Ashley did an excellent job on my hair. I was looking for a total blonde highlight. I wasn’t super thrilled with how it turned out (not blonde enough and grayish) so I called the store, and the manager apologized and offered to have it fixed free of charge. Ashley worked on my hair again and it turned out perfectly. She even gave me a complimentary conditioning treatment. I get so many compliments on my hair. I will definitely be retuning to have Ashley work on my hair again. She’s so sweet and down to earth. Love this Ulta, the staff is super knowledgeable and helpful with selection of skincare products. They also let me and son smell all of the fragrances without pressure, letting us choose our scents. If we need help, we ask, they accommodate.
