Leo was extremely helpful and put up with a ton of crap from AT&T to help me get my repair covered by insurance instead of paying a ton for it. Super grateful for the experience. 10/10
Great job. Great communications, reasonable price. The business people that run that shop do a great job. They’re very professional and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be dealing with them again anytime I have a problem with my electronics. Much cheaper than geek squad.
My Pixel 8 developed the documented green screen issue, and Google has made arrangements with uBreakIFix to perform the extended warranty screen replacements. I dropped my Pixel off when they opened at 10a, and it was ready to be picked up within a couple of hours. I was also pleased to find out that the new replacement screen is not susceptible to the same green screen problem as the original screen, so there should be no more problems of this nature now that this replacement has been done.There was a slight issue with the fingerprint unlock feature after the screen replacement, which was solved in about 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this location!
