Nicky G. was AWESOME. I contacted the online help desk but was having difficulty in solving my issue. I called the number online and a pleasant voice picked up. Just from her voice I was calm. In a matter of seconds she had me believing a resolution was definite. Calling from the Caribbean, I was skeptical. I was told a replacement would be sent out. I'll keep you posted on that.

Dale is an exceptional service technician for SPS. He’s been servicing our Generac generator for years. He is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and willing to share it answering all questions freely. Humorous too.
They did a really excellent professional job. Cleaned the whole outside of our Generac. They Replaced the plugs , oil and oil filter, air filters , battery and spark plugs. Re-connected the wi-fi . Overall very happy with them!
I recommend them for everybody!
