Waited for an hour and a half for a check up first my 15 month old and no doctor in sight. After waiting the hour and a half I tried asking how much longer with no acknowledgement. The lady at the front desk was very rude to me despite having had to just sit there with a screaming crying baby who was very ready to go. No apology and no acknowledgment from the staff. Very unprofessional. You can't ever reach anyone by phone. Will not be coming back and do not recommend anyone take their child here!

The answering system is the worst I have ever dealt with. They kept me on Hold for 1 hour. They said I was the next caller it rang and they said there is no one to answer your call, goodbye.
