Before seeing Darci I couldn’t not get a hold of my blood sugar. I was having recurring crashes, along with energy crashes, fatigue, stress and nausea. I just couldn’t seem to eat enough to stabilize my blood sugar, but I was also gaining wait. Just after seeing Darci for 2 weeks I have lost 3% body fat and lost pounds. I am able to feel hunger again without the effects of a blood sugar crash. My nausea is completely gone and I have so much more energy! I am so thankful and blessed to have found nourishing ways. I started going to Darci last fall for two reasons. 1. I was experiencing poor digestion and 2. knowing I was beginning perimenopause, I wanted to be in the best possible health to make it the smoothest transition possible. The results I have had are beyond my expectations. I no longer feel like my food is stuck in my stomach at the beginning of the digestion cycle (which is where I was carrying extra weight at also). The symptoms I was having during my cycles have also improved and I feel like my hormone levels have evened out. I have more energy and overall feel so much better.
I also have Hashimotos Thyroid, which Darci has been able to support while going through this transition.
Losing weight was not a priority when I began with Darci, but I have lost 8 pounds and multiple inches. I am at the weight I was before having children 24 years ago.
I highly recommend Darci and Noursing Ways. Darci's plan for me has been very specific to my body's needs and my overall health has greatly improved. This has been the best investment I've made in myself.
Darci is always a thoughtful counselor when it comes to what my body needs. She researches and reflexes on the information she reads and information in my carts. She is easy to talk with and is clear in her explanations.
