We recently completed an exterior renovation and hiring Tim was the best decision we made! Our house had been through multiple additions with no consideration of the architecture and he took my ideas and the crazy shape of our house and the outcome is beyond beautiful. Tim’s drawings and notes were incredibly detailed and saved us several times when our builder was trying to cut corners. Many of our tradesmen commented that they have never worked with such detailed drawings and that every measurement was perfect. Tim is incredibly talented and such a wonderful person to work with. Tim is the absolute best that you will find. I am a general contractor and have been in the business for 40 years. There is none better.
