Yesterday I gave a one star review of this business. Today I was called by the lead person for Housekeeping Associates She was very apologetic and felt terrible about my experience with their company. She discounted my bill by quite a bit was willing to do anything she could to make things right I felt she was sincere and was truly disappointed with the work that was done especially after I gave her more details. So I feel you should give this company a chance She also stated they like to have the owner review the completed work before the crew leave especially for first time customers I do appreciate them contacting me.
