This was my first time going to a Chiropractor for a shoulder/neck pain issue. Dr. Rushford was great at taking X-rays and explaining how my desk job affected my posture, ultimately causing the problems. It actually felt worse shortly and then got better with treatments. The entire staff including Karley, Ina, Alec, Laura, Mallory, Zach, Dr’s Clark, & Smith were always polite and client service oriented. My apologies if I left anyone out! All appointments were confirmed through text messages and whenever I called - someone picked up the phone - not letting it roll to voicemail!! I can always know I will be getting the best of care. The staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Rushford always has time to explain any questions I may have. Everyone is friendly and professional.

Dr. Rushford is amazing! His staff is always friendly and willing to help. I have been a patient for almost 10yrs. Dr Rushford has also adjusted all of my kids from when they were new borns. He is always patient and kind. Oftentimes he knows what’s wrong before we even fully explain. I trust his opinion more than my primary doctor.If you are looking for someone to not only help you with your pain but also take the time to help you understand it, you are in good hands.
