Haircut great, service great, value great only concern is now there are no coupons and using punch card rewards valid at only this location. So if U use multiple locations during the year I (the customer) will have to manage multiple rewards based on location. This may very well create an issue I do not choose to manage. Other providers are available with the hassle.

I used to have a Great Clips person that I loved, but she’s no longer there. I decided to try Great Clips in Brighton, MI. I was not disappointed. I wish I’d gotten her name because she’s going to be my “go to” person from today forward.

Sorry to say I can't remember the "guy's" name that cut my hair and helped me with beard and beard product information, the first person ever to do that.... Of course he had a beard, ?
