Mark and Jeff have access to some of the best builders in the industry. Overall very happy with our build. They were hands down the most transparent builders (got 7 different quotes) with costs and different ways to approach the project. Mark was very involved and took a very personal approach. We had a few hold-ups as expected on a building of our caliber (10,000+ sq ft commercial auto shop with multiple stories and an office). Mark was willing to let me do some of the work that I wanted to in order to save some money (grew up in excavating, so did all the site prep, grading and underground piping etc). Mark Frego and Jeff Gottschalk (Construction Unlimited Builders) were awesome to work with! In 2005-6 They reconstructed a dilapidated home into my beautiful real estate office at 5590 E M-36, Pinckney Mi. They were very professional and did exquisite work, even matching the original coved ceilings where required. When hurdles needed jumping, they were calm and helped me make the best decisions for the project. This also entailed appearing before the township board for permit approvals! They were awesome!
Additionally, I am proud to represent them with their new development at Spicer Farms in Green Oak Township. They are building gorgeous new homes... read full review
