The first time I came here my service was good. This time was awful. I'm beyond furious. My nails were finished without them being done.Response to owner. I didn't want to come back. It seems as it was too busy, she was too concerned with the other customers coming in rather than focusing on the job literally at hand. I planned on being there a little while because I like to get gems on my nails. I told her I wanted gems she said ok. She was too busy, put my acrylic on, started doing someone else nails, came and put a clear coat on and told me I was finished. Why would I want to come back just to be rushed off. I would rate this place only two stars, maybe 3 tops. I made an appointment the day before for my 17 year old and I to get pedis done at the same time. Only one person helped us. So we waited for each other until he was done assisting the other. Procedure was very subpar. Nice conversation though and he was funny.But, he didn’t inform me that he was going to use gel instead of regular polish or that the menu prices were only for regular polish, not gel and he didn’t give me an option. So the prices on the dirty pedicure menu is wrong/ false advertisement. I went there again today.. and yet again! Did AMAZING!! Kathy did my nails and she was wonderful! I had my last set last me a good month! I did a "cat eye" dip today..it turned out amazing! The quality and work is sooo good!!! Thank you so much!!! ??
